Together Event Co Vendor Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions
All stallholders are bound by these conditions, and accept these general terms and conditions on payment of their site fee and agree to the conditions of the market event that was been paid for.
Definitions “Market” means any market under the Together Event Co. offer.
“Stallholder” means Stallholders or vendors who have completed this licence and paid the relevant application fee to the organiser. “Stallholders” includes Stallholders’ employees, agents, contractors, consultants, family members who attend and sell our Markets;
“Organiser” means Leesa Simpson - Trading as Together Event Co
Set Up, Arrival and Departure Times

Organiser set up of main event items will typically happen on Friday prior to the event

Stallholder set up on Saturday morning will depend on your market location typically 6.15am - you must be ready to trade by 8.45am before the public is welcome at 9am.

All stalls will remain set up until the official closing time on the market event day.
Eligibility Criteria & Goods For Sale

The organiser reminds you that this is a bespoke event. Your products for sale should will be approved, no other items will be allowed. The information that you provide on your application is vital.

Limited approval maybe given to selected items, on occasion in writing.

No other products will be allowed without the permission of the organiser.
Equipment
-
External Stallholders will need to bring everything they need, including but not limited to gazebos, sandbags, ropes, tarpaulins, tables, chairs and display equipment. Gazebo weighs are required by the each Showgrounds Association – this is a non negotiable.

Internal Stallholders some will have tables supplied – others will not please read your Agreement and requests.

Please ensure you bring your own mini tool box, pens, calculator, signs and float.

Food and Drink stalls that require power need to bring ample power cords.
Insurance

All Stallholders must have current Public & Product Liability insurance, providing a minimum of $10m cover. If you requested Event Cover under our Market Insurance Policy the cost will be included on your invoice.

Stallholders must provide evidence of current insurance prior to trading at the Together Event Co. market. This should be returned with your application agreement.

Together Event Co holds a market organiser insurance policy to the value of $20m
Liability and Indemnity

The Organiser will not be liable for any injury (including death) loss or damage suffered by the Stallholder from, or in connection with, its activities conducted at a Market.

Stallholders will indemnify and keep indemnified the Organiser against: a) any damages, loss, cost and expense or liability incurred by the Organiser; or b) any claim, action, or proceedings made against the organiser arising out of the use and occupation of the Stallholder or out of the conduct of any activity of the Stallholder at or in connection with a Market.
Packaging

Stallholders are actively discouraged from issuing plastic bags to customers. Stallholders should use best endeavours to provide paper bags or bags made from recycled or biodegradable products.
Vehicle Safety

When arriving at the Market and before setting up their Site, a Stallholder must:

Drive no more than 5kmph with hazard lights on at all times

Park as directed and unload their Goods from any vehicles at the Site, then leave and park at in the stallholder parking.

At the Market close time, vehicles cannot be driven onto the Market precinct until Together Event Co has granted permission. Once permission is granted: All vehicles must drive at no more than 5kmph at all times; and have their hazard lights on at all times,

Stallholders and their staff must: park their vehicles where directed and only in ‘stallholder parking’ areas; follow Together Event Co directives regarding vehicle parking and/or any restrictions on vehicle parking; and not park in areas designated as customer parking.
Payment

Payment for your stall is required asap via the invoices sent.

No refunds will be given should you decide not to attend, nor will they be transferred to another market.

Should the weather become a factor, the event, it will be postponed and all bookings will be transferred to the new date. Should you not be able to attend you will receive a refund of 80% of your total fees.
Presentation

All Stalls should be presented and displayed in a fashion that represents the market in a positive way.

We suggest well presented stands with strong emphasis display, pricing and customer engagement.

Ensure products are well priced and ready for sale. Stall Placement

Placement of stallholders will be at the discretion of the organisers. Site fees do not guarantee stallholders a binding hold on a particular site within the market, and stallholders must follow the direction of the organisers where required.
Rubbish, Waste & Recycling

Limited waste bins are provided we ask that you kindly take any excess home with you to be disposed of and that you lave the location as you found it. ‘If you bring it in, you take it home’. Happy Vendors & Happy Shoppers
Our Events

We pride ourselvesself on being a friendly and welcoming market - no negativity regarding other stallholders (including their products/services) will be tolerated. Please do not attempt to move attendees from other stalls to your own.
Limited Powered Sites

If using power, you must bring your own tested and tagged 240V leads and power boards. Please ensure your leads are 10-20m long. Unfortunately, no spare leads will be available.
Pets
-
Some Markets are pet friendly, please contact for a list of pet friendly Markets.

Together Event Co does not recommend pets are brought to Markets, however if a Stallholder is at a ‘pet friendly’ Market, they must ensure: their pets are social, friendly, and able to be effectively controlled by the Stallholder; they are kept within their Site area; and that all pet deposits are promptly and effectively cleaned up and removed from the Market precinct.
Promotion

Market Management reserves the right to use stallholder images and/or photos which may contain images of the stallholder and/or their produce for promotional purposes.
Use Of Information

The information in our communication to you is intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material. Any form of review, disclosure, modification, distribution and/or publication of this information is prohibited. Making payment of your stall fee, and providing a current copy of your Public Liability, is consent of our terms and conditions and your agreement to attend the Market.
